I work as a manager at a staffing company in Boston, Hollister Staffing (www.hollisterstaff.com) and in light of the current economic situation, we are holding a lot of management committee meetings about how to boost employee morale.  I love your idea about lunchtime speakers about a variety of topics, but especially about financial planning.  Thanks for the idea!</description>
