How did these companies enter the contest? Engineering firms generally have really nice logos.

Hey Brandon, thanks for visiting our blog and contributing with comments! This contest was announced through multiple avenues: Our 3,000+ member group on LinkedIn, our blog, our monthly e-newsletter and word of mouth. We had dozens of entries and hope to have even more next time!
